This Return & Refund Policy explains how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds for purchases made through our website www.sriananthnathchemicals.com or via our authorized sales channels.

1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement

Because our products are chemical-based cleaning agents, returns are accepted only in specific situations:

  • The product was damaged or leaking at the time of delivery.

  • The product received is incorrect (different from the order placed).

  • The product is expired or has passed its shelf life on delivery (rare cases).

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

  • You must provide photo / video proof of the issue through WhatsApp or email.

We do not accept returns for opened, used, or partially consumed products due to hygiene and chemical safety reasons.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used cleaning liquids, gels, or powders.

  • Custom-packed or bulk chemical orders.

  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper storage or misuse.

  • Free gifts, trial packs, or promotional samples.

3. Reporting an Issue

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  1. Take clear photos / videos showing the issue.

  2. Send them to us within 48 hours via WhatsApp or email.

  3. Include your order ID, invoice number, and contact details.

After verification, we’ll offer either:

  • A replacement shipment, or

  • A refund to your original payment method (if applicable).

4. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 – 10 working days.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original mode of payment (bank transfer / UPI / payment gateway).

  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the error was ours.

  • For COD orders, refunds (if applicable) will be made via bank transfer upon confirmation.

5. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

  • To cancel, contact us immediately via phone or WhatsApp and provide your order ID.

6. Shipping Damage

We pack all products carefully. However, if your parcel arrives damaged:

  • Do not discard the packaging.

  • Capture photos or videos of the box and product.

  • Contact us within 48 hours so our team can verify and arrange a replacement.

7. Quality Commitment

All SAC Adeshwar products are manufactured under strict quality standards.
If you are dissatisfied with a product’s performance, kindly contact us — our team will review your concern and offer a suitable solution or replacement when applicable.
